If someone arrival date on Intl passport is 04/11/2007, obtained ILR on the 03/08/2012. Please when can he/she apply for British Citizenship "Naturalisation"

Should it be exactly a year after obtaining ILR or 6 years from arrival date on Intl Passport?

Or can he/she apply for British Citizenship immediately after 03/08/2013 or to wait and apply after 04/11/2013.

My (free) advice is 03/08/2013. There isn't 6 years rule. Just 1 year after ILR and 5 years of residence. Although for many migrants, they will need almost 6 years of residence to satisfy both requirements.

By the way - what is a intl passport? I always thought that passports are issued by countries to their citizens (or travel documents for stateless/asylum). Never heard of an intl passport. Is there also a domestic passport?

Is the person in question married or the civil partner of a British Citizen? If not then they must be settled for 12 months (in this case ILR) as well as meeting the other standard requirements.
