Quick question.
On MN1, can I get our pharmacist to be the professional referee for my kids born in the UK?
Please accept my apologies in advance as this must have been asked a zillion times before.
[Edit] Could you guys also confirm if we need to fill Section 3 at all? I was on HSMP/Tier1 and recently got my ILR.
Also, I'm taking following documents, please confirm if anything else is needed.
-Application form with 1 photo stapled to page 14.
-Kids Birth Certificates
-Red Books
-Fee (I guess we need to complete this Fee Leaflet)
-Mine and Wife's ILR BRP
-Mine and Wife's driving licences

Yes if he or she has engaged with the child in a professional capacity. A teacher or health worker is usually more appropriate.

Teacher came out with excuse saying they don't know my son for more than two years plus my daughter is just under 1 year old.
GP wouldn't do it, full stop.
Pharmacist said he'd do it and charge £17.50 per child but ending up not charging at all.
They have been professionally engaged with my kids since they're local so I guess/hope it'd work. On the form he has written Patient pharmacist.

Well if he/she has been professionally engaged with the child there should be no issue. A pharmacist is an integral part of community.

No you do not need to complete section 3 as the children are not applying under section 3 (2) or 3 (5). Are you applying through the NCS? If not, do not send more documents than the guidance notes ask for as you risk losing them.

Yes I am applying through NCS. So these documents are enough?

Yes, the NCS will copy the originals and only send what is needed.
