My wife is going to apply the citizenship the next day after my naturalisation ceremony.

as the requirement I need to show my british passport to support her applicaiotn as partner of british citizen. but process of british passport applicaiton normally takes over 1 month. we do not want to wait for that long time.

please could anyone tell What alternative document I can use to replace my british passport to support my wife's application?

According to guide AN (last year's version):

• The applicant’s husband’s, wife’s or civil partner’s passport or birth certificate or Naturalisation/registration certificate AND
• The marriage certificate or civil partnership certificate

As pointed out you can use the certificate you will get at the ceremony. It was mistakenly left out from the list in the form.
