Dear all, I just want to ask those who have applied the citizenship without using NCS.
1. do you need to post your ILR residential card to home office?
2. does home office send the card back to you if the applicaiton is successful?
(The earlier ILR applicants have their ILR visa sticker within their passport and have no this problem.)
thanks in advance.

Yes

Same way as they would send back other originals like Passport etc.

You may still have to send your passport even though there is no ILR stamp anymore
thanks in advance.

You have to send the original passport so that they can check entry and exit stamps. They need to check first entry stamp into the UK.
