How can a child who was born to a UK citizen outside the UK gain British citizenship and passport? The father who is a British citiizen gain citizenship by being born in the UK when children born in the UK became UK citizen automatically

The father is a british citizen and the mum is not. What visa can the mum apply if she want to come and settle in the UK?

If the child's parent is a British citizen otherwise than by decent, then the child is British and you should apply for a British passport. You can get leave to remain as a spouse see http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... utside-uk/
