I am eligible for Naturalization on 1 june 2013.

I want to apply on 4 June 2013
assuming result/outcome by: 05 July 2013
travelling to India by 16 June 2013 - 3 Oct 2013.

I cannot apply after coming back from india, as it will be more than 90 days I Stay in India. so this will triger to wait another one year to eligible.

If I received letter from HO by 5 July (assume)

* Council will write letter or call to me if I dont call them after approval letter?

* If I have to call then can I mention that I am in india for (July,Aug, Sep) book my ceremony on 3rd OCT as this is the deadline?
(deadline for booking ceremony within 3 months i.e. untill 5 Oct from the result 5 July !)

* If I resign the current job after 4 June 2013 (after AN application with NCS) will it be problem as I am mentioning that job details in AN Form.?(will HO find that I left job and remark bad charecter on application)

* Do I need to attach payslip of job with AN application? or Just write Tax Ref: in application?


Please reply me the above questions>> as I am worried dont know what to do.?

You don't need to be employed to be naturalised, put down tax reference not payslips.

If you're living with people? Just get them to open your mail and call you when approved?

Tax reference is linked with an employer. If you are not in employment, then there won't be any tax reference number. You can leave it blank.
