2) its nearly 1 month since I applied for MN1, I haven't received any certificate yet other than acknowledge receipt. Anybody know how long does it take to approve? once it approves, what is my next process inorder to get british citizenship for my baby.. It can take up to six months but usually about 2 months. I have been waiting 2 months already for my daughters certificate. Once you receive the certificate, the child is British and you can then apply for a passport

3) I am currently on ILR but no job. DO I claim benefits? if so what is the process to get benefits in correct way? Yes, you can claim benefits. You can contact Citizens Advice Bureau as they should be able to help you.

4) MN1 is under process and I am on ILR- Can i also claim child benefits for my baby? if so what is the process to do then. Yes, you can contact HM Revenue and Customs or look : http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/childbenefit/

I really dont know with regards to the above queries. I would really appreciate with you guys, if so spend some time and give me the best advice, it really helps others.
