Hi All,

I've read through the FAQs and guidance, and just wanted to confirm with y'all I understood correctly:
I arrived in the UK on 20th Aug 2007, was granted ILR on 14th July 2012. In order to satisfy the 5 years continous and 1 year restriction-less requirements, the earliest I can apply for naturalisation is 14th July 2013, is that correct?

Assuming you are not the spouse or civil partner of a British Citizen that's correct (providing you meet the other standard requirements).
