re missing document from IPS

hi mate, I had some concerns about IPS returning document because I submitted my child first passport after registration as British but the problem is that when I got it back the document from IPS there is missing his old travel document which is expired but still I need it. This morning I had sent email to ips the reply I received it show you will be receive within a week after passport issues that separate from passport but I have already received Birth certificate and registration certificate but no expired Travel Document. what can I do any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Contact IPS and write to them the same story as you have told here.

I have already done that but unhelpful. if any one has some information about my case please advise me what can I do thanks

I don't think there could be any other way apart from putting pressure on IPS. Write to them again and insist that the documents are important to you and they must trace the documents and return them to you. Send all mail by recorded delivery and keep the receipt.
How long has it been since you told them that you got all the documents back and travel doc was missing?
