Hello,

http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=95747

As per the above link, in short the complete process to get the British Passport for 5 + 1 year ILR holder is:
1. Apply for Naturalisation
2. British Passport

Can anyone please let me know if what is the general duration to each of the above stages? Also, importantly is there any clause that I should not make any travel outside the UK in any of the above stages?

Q4: Do I need to send my foreign passport with the British passport application?

Yes. You need to send any current passport you have.

I could see from the above link(also highlighted phrase above) that I have to submit my current passport when I apply for British Passport. I think I can apply for fast track passport? Am I correct?

Please clarify?
