Hi,

I know so many people have asked similar questions but please if any parent can answer who has gone through the process.

Me and my wife are ILR holder since last September and my son was born in June this year.

Question -1 :- can I apply for my child british passport

Question -2 :- Do I need to get a Passport form from Post Office or MN1 ??

Question -3: What documents are reqd to send them ?

Many Thanks

The form is mainly designed for British children to British parents.

You can add in section 8 that parents are settled before the child birth.

In any case, you need to attach proof of a parent settlement status before the child birth (passport/BRP) to prove the child claim for BC.
