1 YEAR , STILL WAITING FOR CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION OUTCOME

I have applied with my wife in joint Application via NCS. No apparent problems apart from camera speeding ticket 3 points in 2006 which I have declared in my application. Received the acknowledgement letter in June 2012. No further communication. On emailing them , they say under process. Any comments or suggestion.
