NCS question

Is it possible to use NCS for a citizenship application even if they will advise us not to send it.

What I mean is, do they just advise you it's unlikely to be successful or do they actually refuse to process your application?

I'm quite comfortable doing postal but I want to use NCS so we can keep hold of the passports for travel.

I know NCS will not approve the good character section though.

You have been warned that your partner faces a possible 10 year citizenship ban and at worst case revocation of ilr.

The NCS can refuse to complete an application if they wish, you should discuss this with them.

Thanks amber.
We've not fully decided to send it yet, but I'm now thinking it doesn't matter when he applies for citizenship (in regards to his conviction), he's still going to have this anomaly on his record, so he's basically got the prospect of a 10 year ban/revoking of ilr hanging over him eternally.

Before fully deciding to send it, bear in mind what revocation of ILR means. It means, put back on plane back home.
