Will AN speed up if MN1 was approved last year

Hi All,
Might be a silly one, but will appreciate your thoughts. I've applied for MN1 when I got my ILR last year in June, he's got the British Citizenship and passport now. Now its me and my wife who are applying, do you think application would speed up as during MN1 all the checks were already done.
