Dear Experts,

I have got a request again.....As usual need your advise please...

I have got my ILR along with my wife on 11th June 2013.

Our daughter was born in UK before our ILR. She is currently holding an Indian passport and a Biometric card with old Tier2 ICT dependent visa.

Now after our ILR, I have decided to apply for her British Citizenship through an MN1 application.

Below are the list of documents I have kept it ready. Please could any of our experts verify whether the below list of documents are sufficient or am I missing anything? Just a sense check before I send out to UK home office....Please advise so that I can send it ASAP based on your reply.

1. Completed MN1 Application form (with 2 referees declaration in it)
2. Payment slip (£673)
3. Original - Child's Birth Certificate
4. Original - Child's Indian Passport
5. Original - Child's Biometric Card (BRP)
6. Copies of Parent's Indian Passports (1st & last page)
7. Copies of Parent's ILR Biometric cards (both side)
8. Original - Parent's Marriage Certificate
9. A covering letter summarizing the above list of documents

Even i am preparing for my 2 children, your added documents confuses me


i don't see your number 5, 6,7 as an essential documents on guidance of MN1 form.

So are these really essential ?
