professional referee to application

Hi everyone

Can Royal Navy Stores Accountant sign my application as my professional referee?

I already have the other referee.

If he is a Chartered Accountant then Yes.
If he is a Royal Navy officer (not a civilian working for navy) then Yes.

Otherwise NO.

Well I'm not sure if the person is chartered accountant but for sure Royal Navy Stores Accountant. I have go back and ask.

Most likely, he will not be a chartered accountant, as he is only a stores accountant.

Most likely he is a civilian working for navy, so won't qualify either.

But check check.

hi, the person was quarter-master for stores ... in royal navy. now the person is retired.

Quartermaster is one of the most junior ranks in navy. Only officers can act as referee. This person does not qualify to act as referee.

Hi, I have known the person who's been special constable (volunteer) for couple of yeras, and I was wondering if special constable (volunteer) could act as professional referee? I know it's not Police Officer but the list of acceptable professionals is not exhaustive.

A special constable is akin to a police officer, a professional of standing in the community"
