Hello

I am a naturalized BC.

My wife is on ILR (lots of absences in 3 years so not eligable)

My son is on ILR (born overseas).

My Daughter is BC (Birth)

-------------

I just want to know what are the chances of my 8 year old son getting naturalized as a BC even when his stay is very low in past 5 years in the UK. He isnt studying here, but plan to move him back in about a years time.

Guru help will be appriciated.

Although there are no official residential requirements in his case, the main criterion is that it's clear the child future lies in the UK. I suggest you wait until he has been living in the UK for several months-1 year before applying. This will increase the chances of applying discretion in his case.
