Citizenship change of address and more

We are applying for citizenship now, do I need to inform HO that we changed address for a second time within the 5 yrs of residence, we informed them once of change of address while applying for eea2, but we have moved since then, am I better to contact them about our change of address as it has been since 2010, or for citizenship do we just apply with our new address and our old addresses listed in form
Pease need help ASAP

You are not required to inform the HO when you change addresses.
They require your address history in order to be able to run background checks on you and not to compare that to the addresses they have during your visa time.
Just list the new address on the form.

1 more thing, I seem to have misplaced my first 2 p60's but have the rest and all letter stating that I have worked for the same company since 2008, would that be a problem missing 2 of them

Sorry also, my husband did not start his own business until Nov 2009, he looked after our daughter while I worked nearly full time in my current job. The evidence in section 2.4, do I use my husband HMRC STAMTEMENTS TAX for that evidence. An then place mine in the section 2.5 as the eea national

Hoping to send application for citizenship away tomorrow but on the very first page, section 1.1 it asks for previous ukba reference number. Would be relating to eea2 residence card or would we leave that blank???
