Hello
We (couple) received our ILR two weeks before, now applying for our children’ (born in UK) naturalization.
Need help to fill out the form:
1. Do we need to fill two separate forms for my two children?
2. Should I apply under British Nationality Act’ Section 1(3)?
3. For Section 2.1 – my children are born in UK, so what should I file of first date of entry?
4. For Section 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 – what information should I fill? (totally confused)
Will appreciate your kind help as always.
Regards

Read the form carefully and work out if there is space on the form for more than one applicant. If there is no space for more than one applicant, then I am sure you will need two forms.
2. Should I apply under British Nationality Act’ Section 1(3)?
Yes
3. For Section 2.1 – my children are born in UK, so what should I file of first date of entry?
Your children were born in UK, so you just write "Born in UK"
4. For Section 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 – what information should I fill? (totally confused)
Well, if you read the guidance you will understand that section 3 is for applications under section 3. Your children will be applying under section 1, so section 3 is not relevant.

Answers of your questions

2- Yes , you need to apply section 1(3)
3- you do not need to fill section 2.1 (leave it blank or cross it with N.A.
4- Leave it blank , section 3.3 , 3.4 , 3.5 as your kids born in UK
