Hello,
I came to the UK on 08 August 2010 on a spouse visa and I got ILR visa on 10 December 2012 and I was hoping to apply for British citizenship next month since I have been in the UK for 3 years. But I am not sure if this is possible.
Please can someone tell me that can I apply for naturalisation once I have stayed in the UK for three years?
Any advice regarding my application will be helpful.
Thank you very much.

If you are the spouse or civil partner of a British Citizen then you may be eligible to naturalise after 3 years residency in the uk if you have been granted ilr and meet the other requirements.

I am applying for naturalisation and filling in the form AN. There is a requirement that I have to send the form of ID I used for my life in UK test. I used my provisional driving license. As I need it for my driving test I want to know can I send attested photocopy of it or only the original will work?
Any help and advice will be appreciated.
Thanks

Use the NCS.
