I have been living in the UK for 8 years 2005-2013, but I have received a permanent residence card this JULY 2013, I am an EU member /Polish, so you advised me that I can apply for british citizenship any time without waiting those 12 months form the date of my permanent residence card

now in the form AN

there is a question

1.3 Please say when you were given indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK (not necessary if you are a Commonwealth
citizen with right of abode in the United Kingdom). If you are an EEA
national, a Swiss national or a family member of an EEA or Swiss
national you should read pages 8-10 of the Booklet AN.

[i]does it mean if I have that card now, and I am from EU, so i should write date here
01/july/2013?

can they reject my application as they will see there that I am not a holder of this card for longer then 12 months?

thanks

don't write july 2013 . write 5 years from when u registered WRS. as an EU/EEA exercising treaty right you automatically acquire PR after 5 continuous years . the date on 1.3 has to be a year to now at least .
good luck

I think I should write a date of that resident card even if its july 2013 and explain in cover letter/page 13 that even I received a resident card on july 2013, I have been exercising treaty rights for over 6 years

skipping this date or writing other date would be considered as providing fake info

what u think?
