So I sent my application and for some reason Debit Card payment was declined and I got letter from Home Office asking me to pay.
Fill payment slip and send it to them but does not say which address to send it to. Application was sent to L3 9PP but on letter they have L2 0QN.
Anyone knows which one should I use?

My one took almost 3 weeks to get debited
