Basically my aunty married in 2003 and her husband just use her to get ILR.

Now i am filling naturalisation application form for her and i want to fill detail of previous husband from 1.37 to 1.43 section.

If you were previously married or in a civil partnership, please give:
1.37 Full name of previous husband or wife or civil partner (before marriage/civil partnership). Provide details on page 13 if more than one previous marriage.
DD MM YYYY
1.38 Previous husband's/wife's/civil partner’s date of birth
1.39 Previous husband's/wife's/civil partner’s village/town/city and country of birth
1.40 Previous husband's/wife's/civil partner’s nationality
1.41 Date and place of your previous marriage/civil partnership
1.42 Date, place and reason for the ending of your previous marriage/civil partnership
1.43 Dates of any marriage(s) over the last 5 years (continue on page 13 if needed)

Now the problem is she dont no detail about her husband.

So can someone say me if i leave this section blank is it going to be problem or not. And if it is complusury to fill the detail what option she has.

I don't understand. She doesn't know her husband DOB, place of birth or nationality?

The marriage was in 2003 which is longer than 5 years ago so you don't need to mention it!

Hi jumbo . The reason why she don't no his previous husband d.o.b , place of birth, and nationality because that was just contract marriage which means the guy give her some money to do marriage just to get right to stay.

So please can you say me do I have to fill the details of previous marriage as the marriage was in 2003 before 10 years.
