Naturalisation

I want to apply for the naturalisation..Last year I got a PND from police for shop lifting. They made a fine of £80 in the shop and I paid the fine. I did not go to court. That is the only one issue for me in the application. Can any one help me whether I am eligible to apply for Naturalisation..Do i need to specify it in the application or simply ignore it
