Passport interview @ London Victoria office

Hello friends,
My friend has booked passport interview at London Victoria office next Sunday. Any last minute advise who been has been there recently ?
They have asked him to bring letter which has reference number for interview.
Any new questions other than mentioned in Sticky notes.

Is the office opens on Sunday!! which one is it?
Does anyone knows a similar near Birmingham?

When he had phone call regarding booking appointment , Lady asked him if he wants Sunday appointment in London office or weekdays so he choosed weekend (to save leave from work)

which office is it? I would like to book a sunday appointment if I can get one.

Luton has Saturday appointments - not sure if it has Sunday too.
