Hi guys,
I will apply for BC on February 2013, I have level 2 in English, do I still have to do life in the UK test?
I'm confused because some people saying that I have to the others saying I don't.
Many thanks.

Did you do LIUK for your ILR application?
Sorry just seen you have PR not ILR so not sure if LIUK is a requirement for PR but it is definitely a requirement for BC so yes, you will have to do the test.

Thanks for reply, yes I meant February 2014

I don't have ILR I have PR because I'm married to EEA national.

LIUK is a must and having English qualifications does not exempt you as they are two completely separate tests and requirements.
Also, please note that the test and books changed in March 2013 so make sure you get the correct version of the study materials.
