Regarding citizenship and nationality inquiries, it seems like there are two email addresses but no phone number listed.

ukbanationalityenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk just sends standardised responses nowadays.

Has anyone actually gotten a reply by emailing FurtherNationalityEnquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk? What's the typical waiting time for a response?

Most of the folks that sent mails got back standardised text. I believe they wont bother to write unless the above is true.
