Hi I need some advise I am planning to apply British Citizenship, and the problem is regarding the referee, can I use the postman as one of my referee as a civil servants. Please advise.
Yes he is a civil servant.

One referee can be the postman if he is british and is over 25 years old.
But also in the past 5 years were you at the same address? If yes blindly go for it. Else If a case worker decides to act ''Diligent'' and finds you have lived in periods of less than 3 years during the qualifying period and asks for another referee, you will then be faced with unwanted turmoil.
So keeping this in mind go for it.
