When can I apply for naturalisation ?

Hi All the helpful people out there.. got a question
my HSMP was issued on the 14-nov-2007 and got my ILR on the 1 Nov 2012... Can I apply for naturalisation on the 1st of november 2013???

Hi Eureka.power,
From my understanding, the first question to you would be - where you in the country with a valid visa (e.g student visa) as at 01- Nov- 2007 or
02- Nov- 2007?
If yes, (With a valid visa oo) then you can apply . if not i would say better to wait till 14-nov -2013 before applying.
Gurus in the house pls help confirm that am 100% right (Which i believe so anyway)

I was in the on 1 nov 2007 in the student capacity but i just read the qualification period they say in their requirment ...
For example, if we receive your application on 25 March 2010, you must show that you were in the UK on 26 March 2005.

In my world, 2013 minus 5 is 2008 so what matters is your presence in the UK in November 2008.
You can apply 1 year after ILR.
