Myself living in uk since 2005 and got married in 2010. My wife came to uk in 2010 August. I got mine british citizenship in 2013. My wife has lived in uk for 3 years as a British spouse

Can my wife apply for british citizenship this month under 3 years british spouse rule?

What application form she need to fill?

Don't forget that she also has to be in the UK 3 years before the date of her application (when the UKBA receives her application).
