Citizenship Form query

Hi Guys,
Here is my query .I have applied for Naturalisation on March 6th 2013 .
My References are dated February 2013 & My Form (AN) Declaration on
1st March .
My question is :
Lawyers say as iam eligible on March 5th 2013 my
References & Application dated before that so Application will be
Rejected on this .
Please help me out in this issue.

I don't understand. Did you submit the application via solicitor? Did he warn you about the dates before applying or did he just bring it up now?
In any case, it should not be a reason for refusal.

Thanks for replay, yes i have submitted my application through Solicitor.

There is no issue with the referee completing their section before you have completed the form. Your solicitor sounds like s(he) is confused

Did the lawyer pointed this out before the application? If yes then why you went ahead. if no then why the lawyer is raising it now.
I was slightly confused about this issue but now even more confused after your post.
