Hi
I got my ILR on 13 Nov 2012.which means under ideal circumstances I can apply for naturalization after 13 Nov 2013.but I was out of UK from 13/12/2012 to 21/04/13(130 days)due to some family problems.i known one shouldn't be more than 90 days out of UK in the last 12 months.question is should I apply in Nov and ask for discretion or should I wait.......and when can I apply.
Many thanks

See Discretion on absences from the UK during the residential qualifying period (click)
If you have been absent from the UK for between 101 and 180 days in total during the final year, we normally disregard the absence if:

you have met the residence requirements over the qualifying period; and
you have demonstrated a link with the UK by establishing your home, family and a large part of your estate here.
