i come in uk 1999 EEA national exercising EC treaty rights and i got indefinite leave remain/enter in the uk 2004. my child born in uk 2000,i am apply for my son BC. i am still working in 2006-2013

-question 3.13 do i need to fill or leave blank
-question 3.15 do i need to fill or leave blank

What date was your child born in 2000? The rules have changed in October so it will affect your case.

Normally, you don't need to fill in section 3.
