can I apply for British nationality now

I am a silent member of this site. I appriciate if someone answer my question.
I got my ILR in April 2013 on the basis of Spouse of a settled person. My wife got nationality recently this week. I came here on student visa in 2006 and got married in Dec 2010, I switch my spouse visa in May2011 and after 2 years I got ILR in April 2013. Can I qualify for the residence requirement of 3 years if married to british national.
