Hi all

I'm in the process of filling out form AN and have come across Section 3 which requires information on good character requirements.

Can someone please confirm that I do not need to make any disclosure of PCN fines that I've received over the last 6 years that I've been in the UK?

Appreciate your assistance!

A PCN may only case an issue if you have received more than 1 in the last 12 months. Otherwise, they're not worth thinking about.
