can I qualify the 3 residence period.??

I appriciate if someone answer my question.
I came here UK in 2006 as student, in 2011 I switch my visa as spouse of a settled person. my wife was not british that time as she hold indifinete in aug 2008. I got my ILR in April 2013 after comletion of 2 years spouse visa.
My wife got nationality last week, My question is that can I apply for british nationality on basis of 3 years residence period as I am married to a british national and living lawfuly in this country since 2006.
please advice....
