hi , I have post this for my friend

My friend send application foam since 20 March 2013

and its been 6 month now, She had tried to contact home office by Telephone on 08450105200 no luck,

then tried to contact by mail nationalprocess@homeoffice.gsi.uk which I not sure it is right e-mail

because she got replied, delivery to the following recipients failed.

Question is ? What did she have to do next ? or any number to reach home office
