EEA4 AND NATURALISATION

HELLO,
i would like to know what should we do it next in order ot get my husband stay in uk sorted (non-EU-belarussian)his first fisa-family permit has been granted in -09/2007, then we applied for EEA4-waiting time for over 16 months-my husband remain in uk during that time-that been granted from 20/09/09 untill 20/08/2014.
now, i got polish passport so as a uk resident card from may 2006 which got indefinite right to stay in uk. we would like to know from when we are able to apply for naturalisation?thanks
