Hi Guys,

I have two questions regarding Citizenship Eligibility:

First Question for myself:

Date of arrival in UK - October 2007 (WP)
Date of conversion to Tier 1 - March 2009 (Tier 1)
Date of Tier 1 Extension - March 2012 (Tier 1 Extension)
Date of conversion to ILR - September 2012 (ILR)

Am I eligible for citizenship in October 2013?

Second Question for my wife:

Date of arrival in UK - April 2010 (Tier 1 Dependant)
Date of extension as T1 dependant - March 2012 (Tier 1 Dependant Extension)
Date of conversion to ILR - September 2012 (ILR)

Is my wife eligible for citizenship, even though she has spent less than 5 years in UK?

Please can any of the members provide guidance.

Any help will be super appreciated.

Then in the additional information not covered in other sections mention that you landed in UK on ...... and 15 days you lived in the company provided service apartment and give the details (address, room etc) . If you have any email or booking slip in your name you could add that on as a support.

Also, am I correct in understanding that the Form AN with payment details (Debit Card details) is to be taken to NCS. They will not actually take the payment via a pin number, but only keep the payment form?

In Form AN question 1.17

Do I need to only put the last five year addresses or from the date I landed in the uk.

I landed in the UK first on 01/10/2007...so technically speaking this is six years ago?

I am applying next week 14/10/2013 ...so should I put addresses from 14/10/2008...as this will be five years?

Please can anyone help.
