Please help me with the clarification for residency reuirement

I had first entered in uk in Oct 2007
ILR approved in Jan 2013

Can I apply for Naturalisation in Oct 2013 or I need to wait untill Jan 2014.

I meet the 450 days requirement in last 5 yr,

Wait until at least a year after ILR, unless you are the spouse or civil partner of a British citizen.
