Hi,

I have done my ILR last year on 23th Nov 2012 and now decided to apply for Citizenship this Nov-2013.

I just come to know that from 28th Oct 2013 the Knwoledge of Language is compulsory alognwith Life in UK test.

The exemption syays that if you already have a qulification at B1 level you do not need to give a test. What does mean by qulification at B1 level.

I have done my education in English language.

does I have to give the knowledge of enlish test or I can apply without it.

Can anyone advice me please?

Regards,
Sunny

For IELTS on that list it says "Academic and General", do we need to write both tests, or just the general one?

Seniors/members who have done this, please help.

I think when it says "Academic and General", the score applies for both tests NOT taking both test. Simply you can choose which one of them, I think.
