Re-declaration

I sent my application form with the supporting documents for a British Citizenship, the Home office send them back and ask me to re-sign and re-date the application form because on the actual date 5 years ago I was out of UK for a Holiday. I am wondering if I have to send all the supporting documents again or only the re-sign and re-date application form??? Thank you.
