Issue with Section 1.1 and new requirements

Hi,
New ESOL requirment will be applicable from 28th Oct for Naturlisation,
I have booked appointment with NCS services on 23rd Oct , I need bit of information about the application form.
1. Which version of form I should use, latest or old?
2. New requirements are not applicable if I apply before 25th Oct?
3. What section I can use for 1.1 if father got citizenship but minor born in India and minor has got Indefinate stay:-
1.1 Please indicate the section of the British Nationality Act 1981 under which you
would like the application considered. See Chapter 2 of the guide for details.
