When to apply for Naturalisation

Hi Friends,
I had come to UK in Aug 2006 on a WP. In Mar 2007 My partner joined me on a dependent WP. In Oct 2008 my partner went to india and applied for Tier 1 general. In nov 2008 I applied for Tier 1 General Partner. In sept 2013 we were given ILR. Please advise when can we earliest apply for Naturalisation in Sept 2014 or Nov 2014.
