Problem with Payment card

Hi

I made my application for Naturlisation on10/10 via NCS. My payment was deducted till this weekend. I lost the card i mention in the payment slip over the weekend and i had to block my card to avoid any misusage.

I tried calling UKBA and no one picks up the phone. I sent an email as well but there is no response in last three days.

Any idea what is the right process to reach UKBA for this problem.

No Payment has not been taken from my account. That is why i am worried. Because if they try to take payment now card details will not work

What is the best way to contact them. No one picks up call and there is not response to email.

They'll contact you, I imagine by post to request new payment details.
