Hi,

I got my ILR this June based on tier-1 visa.
Timeline:

* Student visa: September 2004

* Entered UK: October 2004

* Switched to in-country work permit: January 2006

* Changed job -in-country work permit rejected -work permit curtalied to: January 2008

* Out of country work permit approved: July 2008

* Entered UK: August 2008 (Just over a month)

* Switched to in-country tier -1: July 2009

*tier-1 extended: January 2012

* ILR: 03 June 2013 (based on EC date).

Just wonder if I will be able to make application on 04June2014 (Just after a day completing 12 months)?!

Yes, you can apply for Naturalisation on 4th June 2014 or you courier on 3rd June 2014, so home office receives your application on 4th June 2014
