OCI on behalf of my employer

Hello forum, can anyone help?

I have put together all the necessary documents for my employer to apply for an OCI, he was naturalised in 1991 and he would like and OCI card for himself and his 2 children.

Am I allowed to hand it in at the HCI on his behalf? I can't find any information about this on their website and called their number for nearly 2 hours without anyone answering.

Any advice gratefully received.

Thank you for your help, I wondered if that meant an official agent or something. I will post it.

Thank you for your advice ban.s, I am a bit concerned that I have to send the actual british passport to the HCI, is this correct?
