What about section 2.4 & 2.5 ?

I am ( non EEA ) family member of EEA national. got PR in April 13, Been married for over 6 years.

Its confusing '' please state on what basics you were in united kingdom...''

whose details going in that section ?

could someone suggest if i have to skip this section or have to give my details or my wife's details ( Exercised Treaty rights ) ? ?

If you apply 1 year after PR issue date, you can skip this section.

Otherwise, it's the EEA nationals details (and supporting documents) that are needed. Just state "on what basis" - "as a family member of EEA national working/studying etc". Basically you can treat 2.4/2.5 as a mini EEA4 form so you will need to prove (again) what you proved in your EEA4 application.

so i have to give details of my EEA national wife ? is that right ?

Correct. And provide evidence to support it including her passport.
