how to calculate one year after ILR for nationality.

hi seniors
1)I got the visa (HSMP JR)on 31/10/2007 and entered the UK on 19/11/2007.
2)I got extension on 14/10/2009 for a period of 3 years until 19/11/2012.
3)I applied for ILR on 12/11/2012 and I received it after 8 months and 10 days.
4)the date on biometric card is 17/07/2012.
here is my question.
my one year after ILR(for nationality) will be considered after 19/11/2012(the last date of my visa) to 19/11/2013 or I will have to wait for one year after 17/07/2013 (the date on biometric cards).

Do you mean 17/07/2013 ?
here is my question.
my one year after ILR(for nationality) will be considered after 19/11/2012(the last date of my visa) to 19/11/2013 or I will have to wait for one year after 17/07/2013 (the date on biometric cards).
Assuming as 17/07/2013 you can apply after one year from that date.

Assuming you applied on 12-11-2012 and got ILR on 17-7-2013 then (In my opinion) you can apply for naturalization on
12-02-2014
There is a discretion rule 7.5 (g) which describe that discretion to disregard 12 months time restriction for naturalization may normally be exercised if ILR application made more than 15 months before the citizenship application ...
