ACCA has an agreement with Oxford Brookes University in Oxford UK that once you pass your 2nd stage in ACCA you can write a project to Oxford Brookes University who then issues you with a degree which is graded based on the project and the scores you had with your ACCA exams.

I have this degree from Oxford Brookes University, will this be considered OK for the new English Language requirement? or do I need the degree verified or I need to do the course / test for English language

My ACCA course was studied in English.

Just as information the certificate I have does mention ACCA on it.

I dont want to pay for naturalisation application then told i don't qualify based on this.

Thanks for your reply in advance.

Thanks Vivdubes, but i think if you have a degree from the UK then you are exempted from the course / test hence why am asking if my degree from Oxford Brookes University will be fine.

My problem is ACCA is not allowed for exemption ( as far as I know anyway) but UK degrees are but because the degree relates to both ACCA and Oxford Brookes am not sure if this will be allowed.

Any one who can help shed light into this is highly appreciated.

Will my degree grant me the exemption or I will need to do the language test or have the degree confirmed by the checking service.

Just in case anyone is in my situation in the future.

I can confirm that I used my Oxford Brookes University / ACCA degree certificate and it was accepted with no issue. I sent only the certificate.
